1. Processing Time

All of our signs are handcrafted with care and precision. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process and produce your order before dispatch. Processing time may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to order volume.

2. Shipping Methods

We partner with trusted Indian courier services to ensure reliable delivery of your order:

• Delhivery
• DTDC
• India Post

Estimated delivery times:

• Metro cities: 3–7 business days
• Other areas: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, weather, or courier delays.

3. Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email .Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to activate.

4. Delivery Areas

We currently ship to addresses across India. If you reside in a remote, military, or non-serviceable area, your delivery might experience additional delays. If unsure, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include clear photos of the packaging and product

Upon verification, we will either:

• Send a free replacement or
• Offer a refund depending on the extent of the damage

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please notify us within 3 days so we can assist with tracking or lodging a courier claim.
