1. Cancellation

Because each Anvilcraft sign is made to order, cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible.

 

2. Refunds

Refunds are issued under these conditions:

• Product was damaged during transit
• Wrong item was delivered
• There was a design or customization error caused by us

To initiate a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Make sure to include clear photos of the item and its original packaging.

Once your request is received and approved, the refund will be processed within 12 hours of confirmation.

Refund Timeline:

• Contact must be made within 48 hours of delivery
• Refund will be issued within 12 hours of approval
• Amount will reflect in your original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

3. Non-Refundable Cases

We cannot issue refunds for:

• Customer change of mind
• Errors in the order details submitted by the customer
• Delays caused by the shipping carrier
